The short version
This website does not collect your personal data. It has no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up, no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The only way to contact us through the site is WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send us a message.

How WhatsApp contact works
Each WhatsApp button on this site is a simple link to wa.me, WhatsApp's own service. Clicking it opens WhatsApp with a suggested message already typed. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and you can edit or delete the text first.
If you do send a message, we receive the information WhatsApp shares with any contact: your phone number, your profile name and picture (depending on your settings) and the content of your messages. WhatsApp itself processes data under the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp and Meta, which apply independently of this policy.
How we use your messages
- To answer your questions and send you the information you ask for, such as listings or our investor's guide.
- To arrange viewings and, if you go ahead, to prepare your purchase with the notary and other professionals you have agreed to involve.
We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists or share your details with third parties without your agreement, except where the law requires it. We keep conversations for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting transaction and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
Technical data
Like any website, this site's host (Netlify) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, to deliver pages and protect the service. Fonts, images and code are all served from this site itself, so loading a page does not contact any third-party service such as Google. We do not use this data to identify you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
Your rights
We are based in Indonesia and comply with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 27 of 2022). Many of our clients live abroad, and we also respect the principles of the laws that protect them at home:
- United Kingdom: under the UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
- Australia: the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles give you similar rights to access and correct your information, and to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Whatever your country, you can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete our conversation history with you, by sending a message on WhatsApp.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and its date first.
